Becoming healthy is not just for people with non-disabilities. Even those with handicaps can stay fit! If your loved ones have mobility limitations due to some disability, there are still many things they can do.

They can try doing at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity per week (i.e., wheeling themselves in a wheelchair, brisk walking) or at least 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity per week (i.e., wheelchair basketball). Get them to do some physical activities. It is better than doing none at all.
